In von Meyenburg family hands for over 120 years, the 4.5 hectares of the Schipf vineyards in Herrliberg face southwest over the lake of Zurich. Vinification takes place in a 300 year old Trotte and the wine is left to mature in a cellar vault. Varieties include Clevner (Pinot noir), Räuschling, Riesling x Silvaner, plus a few specialties; Pinot gris, Gewürztraminer, Garanoir, Freisamer and Chardonnay.
